Our normal turnaround time is 8-10 business days + shipping time if necessary. Turnaround time is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Order timeline starts when we have all the information to complete your project.
Orders that use multiple departments will increase your turnaround time. (For example, using direct to garment (DTG) for the full color front image and screen printing the one color black image on the back)
The quicker your digital proof and order confirmation are approved, the quicker your order will be scheduled into the production departments.
Order Confirmation – 1 Day
Once we receive your info via the phone or email and artwork sent via email we will send you an order confirmation reflecting these details for your approval. Please carefully review your quote. Check the shirts, shirt colors, print colors and shirt sizes for accuracy. If everything is correct, please approve the quote. If it is not correct, please email back any changes that you would like to make.
Once approved we will order in your garments to get them here for when we are ready to print. Usually a 50% deposit will be requested at this time.
Art Approval – 1-2 Days
After your quote approval your order will then move into the art proof in process stage. Our artists will create a digital proof reflecting the details of you order. The quicker your digital proof is approved, the quicker that it will be scheduled for production.
Please remember if any of your art is not fully vector or the fonts are not converted to outlines, additional time will be needed and charges will apply.
You must approve your proof within our proof system. We cannot receive your approval verbally in person or on the phone.
Order Production 4-6 Business Days
After we receive your art approval and any necessary deposit we will then schedule production of your order for the next available date. Usually we schedule orders for production 3-4 business days after art approval depending on department availability.
